ARSET previously conducted a training at the EPA in 2014. This in-person training will introduce new users to how to incorporate satellite data into their work, as well as update users who are more familiar with the data on new data products and applications.

Course Objective: 

By the end of this training, attendees will be able to:

  • Use online tools for visualizing and acquiring data from satellite missions, practice using satellite data portals, visualization tools, and applying these resources to an air quality problem of their choosing.
Course Format: 

Three day, in-person training

Audience: 

The audience is primarily EPA employees as well as Air quality professionals and decision makers from local and state agencies.
